WD SN850 as a PCIe gen 4x4 SSD failed many times in our previous compatibility test, so we list it as a "Not Recommend" SSD.
Recently it released a new firmware which surprisingly fix this issue!

Before: Read 2997M/s / Write1232M/s
After: Read 3040M/s/ Write 2777M/s
After upgrade, the performance is double faster than before!
Upgrade Steps:
1.Download "Dashboard" from Western Digital website: https://support.wdc.com/downloads.aspx?p=279
2.Insert your WD SN850 SSD into ACASIS enclosure and make sure it has been recognized as Thunderbolt Device in Thunderbolt Control Center:
3.Open Dashboard utility → Select "TOOLS" → "FIRMWARE UPDATE" in the left column→ "CHECK FOR UPDATES"
